I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a DBT Intensively Trained Therapist through Behavioral Tech, the forefront of the international DBT training organization. I am a trauma-informed therapist and specialize in working with teens and adults. I also specialize in working with mood disorders, self-harm, trauma, and anxiety. I focus on individualized care by working with you to promote holistic healing and build resiliency.
