Great to meet you!

I've been working in the mental health field for over 7 years, supporting clients through real change—not just insight. I graduated in 2019, became a licensed professional counselor in 2022, and have been running DBT skills groups for the past 3 years (so yes, I’ll probably give you a handout and a well-timed reality check).

My style is holistic, affirming, and a little challenging. I specialize in working with neurodivergent adults (diagnosed or not), trauma survivors, overthinkers, people-pleasers, and high-functioning perfectionists who are emotionally burned out and done with traditional talk therapy that goes nowhere. If you’ve ever felt like you’re “too much” and “not enough” all at once—or like you can’t get your nervous system and your brain on the same page—I’m here for that.

My approach to therapy

I blend somatic tools, DBT, and trauma-informed care to help you build self-trust, regulate your body, shift stuck thought patterns, and actually follow through on the life you want. No fluff. No fake positivity. Just grounded support and real behavioral change.

If you're tired of being the one everyone relies on but secretly feel like you're falling apart, or if you've done all the self-awareness work and still can't make life feel better—you’re in the right place.

Therapy with me isn’t about becoming a “new” you. It’s about learning how to stop abandoning the real you, and building a system that works with your mind, not against it.

What you can expect from me

In session, we won’t just talk about your problems—we’ll actually work through them. Expect to get curious about the thoughts that drive your reactions, the body cues you’ve been trained to ignore, and the behaviors that keep pulling you off track (even when you know better).

Together, we’ll slow things down and map out what’s really happening beneath the surface—so you can spot patterns in real time, interrupt them, and make different choices when it actually counts.

You’ll leave with practical tools, clearer self-awareness, and a deeper sense of connection between your nervous system, your thoughts, and your actions. The goal isn’t to “fix” you—it’s to help you understand yourself so well that you can finally work with your mind and body, not against them.
