Great to meet you!

I’m a warm, relational therapist trained in Gestalt and Internal Family Systems, and I support clients in transforming painful or traumatic experiences into growth, clarity, and deeper self-connection. My background is in community mental health, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness-based practices. I work collaboratively and gently, helping clients build self-trust and emotional resilience. My style is grounded, compassionate, and curiosity-driven, creating space for real healing and transformation.

My approach to therapy

I take a warm, collaborative approach to therapy, helping clients build awareness of their thoughts, emotions, and patterns. Using Gestalt and IFS, I support clients in healing trauma, strengthening self-trust, and developing tools for navigating daily life. I move at your pace and center your goals, offering a grounded, supportive space for growth.

What you can expect from me

In our first sessions, we’ll take time to get to know each other and begin building safety, trust, and rapport. I typically spend the first 2–3 sessions doing a thorough intake so I can get a bird’s-eye view of what’s happening in your life and what’s contributing to the challenges bringing you in. We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you, with no pressure to dive in before you’re ready. Together, we’ll clarify your goals and create a shared understanding of where we’re headed in the work.
