Great to meet you!

I have a decade of experience in the field, varying from academic and judiciary settings to private and public agencies. I have been primarily focused on working with younger populations (teenagers to young adults) in individual and family work, however am open to all ages, genders, races, sexualities, and cultures.

I know trying to find the right fit can be a tedious and tiring process, I hope to be of help for as little or as long as we may collaborate together.

My approach to therapy

I believe in the power of intentional growth and the profound journey of becoming. Through empathetic guidance and deep connection, I create a safe, transformative space where individuals, couples, and families can explore their unique stories, heal, and evolve. With a commitment to compassion, clarity, and authenticity, I support you in discovering the better version of yourself and fostering more meaningful relationships — today and into the future.
