A bit about my approach to therapy


My treatment approach is integrative and thoughtfully designed to create a comprehensive plan of care which is unique to each individual, with the ultimate goal being to assist you to improve self-awareness, identify barriers, recognize/change patterns of thinking and behaving leading to feeling stuck, and embrace strengths to experience relief and improve your quality of life. Therapeutic modalities I use include CBT, Psychodynamic, ACT and Solution-focused.
