Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida and a Licensed Independent Social Worker–CP (LISW-CP) in South Carolina. For over 10 years, I’ve supported teens and adults in medical, community, and private practice settings through all kinds of life challenges. I hold a Master of Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh, with a certificate in Integrated Healthcare, and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Arizona. I’m especially passionate about helping people manage anxiety, stress, and depression while feeling truly seen, safe, and supported.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative and tailored to you. I draw from CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing, all grounded in strength-based, client-centered, and faith-based perspectives. I honor your story and meet you where you are—emotionally, mentally, and spiritually—so our work feels supportive, practical, and aligned with your values.

What you can expect from me

Together, we’ll focus on building resilience, regulating emotions, and using tools you can apply in everyday life. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, or relationship issues, my goal is to help you tap into your strengths, clarify what matters most, and create lasting change. Many clients leave sessions with more self-awareness, healthier coping skills, better communication, and a renewed sense of purpose. Your voice leads the way, your goals guide our work, and your growth is always the priority.
