Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I believe everyone deserves a safe and affirming space to explore their experiences and emotions. Taking the step to seek support is a powerful act of self-care—so I commend you for being here. I’ve been practicing for 13 years and specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ individuals, offering gender-affirming care as well as support for those navigating anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges.

My approach to therapy

Everyone’s path is different, and I believe therapy should reflect that. Once we begin working together, we’ll take a collaborative approach—tailoring our work to your specific needs, values, and goals. I strive to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and empowering, where you can show up fully as yourself. I’m here to listen without judgment, offer perspective, and gently challenge you when needed. I also believe that therapy doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time—so I bring warmth, authenticity, and a healthy dose of humor into our sessions when it feels right.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling heard, supported, and empowered to take meaningful steps toward change. My goal is to help you build insight, develop practical tools for managing challenges, and strengthen your connection to your values and sense of self. I aim to create an environment that feels safe, collaborative, and affirming—where you can explore difficult emotions, celebrate progress, and even laugh a little along the way. Ultimately, I want you to walk away from our work together feeling more grounded, confident, and equipped to navigate life’s ups and downs.
