Great to meet you!

Hi there,

I’m NP Carmouche! I’m a dual board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with more than five years of experience providing compassionate, evidence-based care to adults 18 and older.

I’m passionate about helping people feel their best—both mentally and physically—by combining medical and psychiatric care to support the whole person. My background includes working with active-duty service members, veterans, and individuals in underserved communities, which has strengthened my commitment to improving access to high-quality, affordable healthcare.

In my practice, I treat a wide range of mental health conditions including ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and PTSD. I use a blend of medication management and psychotherapy to create personalized treatment plans that fit your unique needs and goals.

Above all, my goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel truly heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life. Healing is a journey—and I’m here to walk that path with you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in deep respect for the courage it takes to seek help—especially in a world where mental health is still too often misunderstood or stigmatized. I believe that healing happens through partnership, which is why I take time to listen, educate, and support each patient in making informed decisions about their care.

Rather than focusing solely on symptom relief, I aim to promote lasting wellness and meaningful change by treating the whole person—mind, body, and environment.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is all about you—your story, your needs, and your goals. You can expect a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free environment where you can speak openly about what brings you in. I take time to listen and understand your unique experiences so we can begin building a trusting, collaborative relationship.

Together, we’ll explore what’s been challenging, identify your goals for care, and discuss treatment options tailored to your comfort level and lifestyle. My goal is for you to leave your first session feeling understood, supported, and confident that you’re taking a positive step toward healing and long-term wellness.
