Great to meet you!

Thank you for finding me. You may be here because you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or moving through a season of change. Many people seek therapy during times of transition or uncertainty. In therapy with me, you’re invited to come as you are, feel met with care, and begin to slow down. Together, we create a supportive space to help you uncover your unique path forward.

I earned my Master of Social Work degree in 2013 and became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in 2019. My background also includes work in healthcare and community-based mental health. I received advanced training in relational-cultural psychotherapy at the Women’s Therapy Center in Berkeley, CA and completed four year-long Jungian-oriented psychotherapy trainings at the Jung Institute of San Francisco. I remain engaged in continuing education to stay current with therapeutic approaches.

I work primarily with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, burnout, grief and loss, and life transitions. I often support individuals in caring professions and cultural workers, including many who identify as BIPOC, biracial, or from multicultural backgrounds.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm and empathic. I take a relational, trauma-informed, and intersectional approach to therapy, integrating depth-oriented work with practical, evidence-based strategies. In our work together, we will honor your unique history and lived experiences while exploring meaning, patterns, and your inner world. We will also collaborate to identify practical tools that support coping and everyday life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an intake appointment where we’ll review some basic information about the therapy process. I’ll ask some questions to better understand you, your experiences, and what’s bringing you to therapy. You’re always welcome to ask questions about my background or how I work. If we decide that working together feels like a good fit, we’ll talk about next steps and schedule our next session.
