Great to meet you!

I believe prioritizing your mental health is essential for a fulfilling and meaningful life. Coming from a compassionate & strengths-based perspective, I work with clients through the many challenges of life. Some of my specialties include working with college students, graduate students, young adults, and young professionals who struggle with stress, anxiety, and life transitions. Regardless of who you are and where you come from, I look forward to partnering with you in making changes, overcoming obstacles, and becoming the best version of yourself. Above all, I am here to help you with whatever is troubling you during difficult times.

My approach to therapy

My therapy style is warm, interactive, curious, and collaborative. We'll work together to explore, challenge, and change patterns that may be causing distress in a way that is understanding and respectful of why that behavior may have developed as misguided self-protection.

I use a variety of therapeutic techniques that include CBT, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing. I am also IFS & trauma informed.

What you can expect from me

We'll start our work together with an introductory session as a chance to get to know each other. This will be an opportunity for you to tell me what's bringing you in for therapy and where you'd like us to focus. This is your therapy, so we'll make sure to work together to figure out how we can best meet your needs. I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable.
