Great to meet you!

Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over six years of experience supporting adults and older teens. My goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can feel safe to be yourself, process what you’ve been through, and build a more grounded, meaningful life.

I have experience working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, women's issues and eating disorders across multiple levels of care.

My approach is collaborative and holistic, drawing from CBT, humanistic and attachment-based therapy, somatic awareness, solution-focused techniques, and elements of Eastern philosophy to support practical and lasting change.

I serve clients across Texas and beyond - CO, OH, WA, MD, DC.

I have special interest in working with individuals, couples and supporting women’s mental health, including perinatal concerns.

My approach to therapy

My work is grounded in trauma-informed care and focuses on treating the whole person—mind, body, and emotions. I use an integrated, personalized approach that includes somatic awareness to help clients reconnect with their bodies, build safety, and create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Book a free consultation call - We will briefly discuss your interest and desires for therapy, coordinate scheduling, fees/insurance, and get a better sense of how we can work together.

First Session – We will complete an intake to further discuss your mental health concerns, history of mental health issues, social history, and set goals for therapy.
