Great to meet you!

I have a Masters in Social Work from the University of Denver and am a Licensed Clinical Social worker in Illinois, New York, and Colorado. My work as a therapist has focused on working with individuals on their mental health and substance use recovery. My experience has brought me to work with many life transitions and stressors including: substance use, mental health, religious deconstruction, perinatal and post-partum, domestic violence survivors and criminal justice-involved individuals.

My approach to therapy

A Lotus Flower grows in the deep mud far from the sun, but eventually the Lotus grows to the light to share its beauty. Therapy is similar. To reach 'light', we have to work in and grow from the 'mud'. While the path to healing can be hard and messy, I strive to walk that journey with you. By using holistic and grounding strategies, we can trek the mud.

What you can expect from me

Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, difficult relationships, a traumatic situation, or just looking to have somewhere to be yourself, you have taken an incredible step in searching for a therapist. I strive to help you find the goals that are important to you and to help you take the steps to make them become a reality.
