Great to meet you!

My name is Amanda Lewis, LMFT and I have 7 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, anger, ADHD, PTSD, ODD, job stress, relationship and communication issues, as well as woman's issues.

My approach to therapy

You'll find that in therapy, I use a warm, non-judgmental, empathetic approach so that you feel safe while allowing me to provide not only support, but skills to assist you in healing and finding a new hope in your life- whether it is work, school, family, or relationships.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, I will work to get to know you and why you're seeking therapy, and then we will work to make goals you would like to reach while in therapy- it is us collaborating together. Afterwards, future sessions look like me providing a safe space for you to communicate, learn skills, heal and grow.
