Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience. I completed my undergraduate studies in Psychology at Emmanuel College and earned my Master's degree in Social Work from Simmons College in 2012. I have been working in adult outpatient mental health and integrative community health settings. I work with adults dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, identity shifts, chronic illness, and grief and loss.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe in meeting each client where they are and tailoring my approach to best support their unique needs. I use an integrative approach, combining Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and insight-oriented therapies, all of which can lead to personal growth and positive change.

What you can expect from our first session

In our sessions, you'll find a safe, supportive space to explore your challenges and mental health concerns. I help clients understand themselves, break unhelpful patterns, and build resilience to achieve their goals.
