Great to meet you!

I welcome clients from all backgrounds and concerns. I am an affirming LGBTQ+ counselor who believes in the Black Lives Matter movement. I was born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley of South Texas, where my passion first developed for working with minorities. Primary I have journeyed with clients navigating eating disorders, anxiety, depression, bipolar II, grief, and life transitions. I look forward to helping you create the change you desire and meet your goals.

My approach to therapy

Each of us is unique, and for that reason, I believe therapy is not a one-size-fits-all. My goal is to work together to create an individualized approach for you and your needs. Counseling can provide a safe space where you feel heard and understood in a non-judgmental, supporting environment. There is no concern too big or small for therapy. You are not alone, and it would be my honor to hear your story.

What you can expect from me

I’m happy you landed here! Booking the first appointment can be the hardest part, I see you and appreciate your courage. I understand that life has its ups and downs, and selecting a therapist to talk to about it with can be challenging. It would be my privilege to walk alongside you in your journey towards growth, healing, and self-discovery.
