Great to meet you!

Welcome in! As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults who experience eating disorders or disordered eating, trauma, and mood disorders. I received my Master's in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University. I believe in tailoring therapy to meet each individual's unique needs and draw from various approaches, including EMDR, to ensure the best possible support. I look forward to the privilege of joining you on your path toward healing!

My approach to therapy

I take a holistic approach that acknowledges the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. Rooted in collaboration, I view each client as an active participant in their healing journey, where we work together to explore challenges and discover solutions. As our relationship grows, we can explore the presence of maladaptive patterns to prevent their recurrence and find insights and tools to navigate life's complexities with greater ease.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a supportive atmosphere where your goals are the priority. I will ensure that our work aligns closely with finding your true self. I offer gentle guidance and will challenge you as needed. My goal is that you will leave equipped with new skills, fresh insights, and a clearer path toward your goals.
