Great to meet you!

Feeling stuck, confused, overwhelmed, or wondering why the same patterns keep showing up? You're not alone and you don't have to figure it out by yourself.

I'm Amber, a Licensed Professional Counselor who helps adults navigate anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, and life's many transitions.

While I've worked with clients of all ages, I now primarily work with adults, especially adults navigating women issues, career changes, dating, family dynamics, and the pressures of figuring out what's next.

Whether you're struggling with anxiety, healing from past experiences, feeling disconnected in your relationships, or simply trying to become the healthiest version of yourself, therapy can help. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, challenged, and empowered to create meaningful change.
