Great to meet you!

WWith over a decade of experience helping youth and adults navigate their health and wellness journeys, I bring both clinical skill and compassion to every session. I graduated from the University of Washington with a master’s degree in social work in 2009 and have since worked in hospitals and clinics supporting clients through chronic illness, crisis management, and major life transitions.

I work with teens and adults who are navigating trauma, anxiety, or the challenges that come with change and uncertainty. If you’ve been feeling stuck under the weight of past pain or unsure how to move forward, you’re welcome here. My goal is to create a space where you can feel seen, supported, and empowered to take the next steps toward a more balanced and authentic life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is direct, collaborative, and centered on helping you make meaningful progress. I use motivational interviewing to help you connect with your own drive for growth and integrate practical, proven tools to build emotional regulation and coping skills. I believe therapy should feel both supportive and actionable, giving you strategies you can start using right away to manage stress, reduce anxiety, and shift unhelpful patterns.

Clients often describe me as open-minded, encouraging, and grounded. I’ll meet you where you are, help you identify your goals, and work alongside you as you build the skills and confidence to move toward them.

What you can expect from me

In our first sessions, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and understanding what’s most important to you right now. Together, we’ll clarify where you are, where you want to be, and what’s getting in the way. From there, we’ll create a realistic plan that feels purposeful and aligned with your values.

I’m passionate about this work because I find it deeply meaningful to walk alongside people as they rediscover their strength and confidence. Watching clients move from uncertainty to self-trust is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do. My hope is that you leave each session feeling grounded, supported, and more capable of creating the life you want.
