Welcome! My name is Amber and my practice is called Discover You Therapy, PLLC. I provide individual psychotherapy to Texas adults via virtual sessions. Rather than adhering rigidly to a single therapeutic model, I'll flexibly incorporate techniques from solution focused therapy, emotionally focused therapy, acceptance & commitment therapy and other frameworks as needed.
