Great to meet you!
Reaching out for support takes courage, and you don’t have to do it alone. I provide a safe, compassionate space where you can feel heard, supported, and free to be yourself.

I work with adults facing anxiety, depression, life transitions, and mood-related challenges, including Bipolar Disorder and Borderline Personality Disorder. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in both clinical strategies and faith. When it feels right for you, we can incorporate spiritual principles to support healing, strength, and clarity. I believe in meeting you where you are while helping you move forward with purpose. Together, we’ll build practical tools, strengthen resilience, and work toward the life you’re called to live.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed or seeking guidance, I’m here to walk alongside you.
Your first session is a space for you to feel comfortable, heard, and supported. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out—this is simply a conversation where you can share what’s been weighing on you and what led you to seek support. We’ll talk about your current concerns, a bit about your background, and what you’re hoping to gain from therapy. I’ll also answer any questions you may have so you can feel at ease moving forward.
My approach is gentle, collaborative, and grounded in both clinical care and faith. If it’s important to you, we can incorporate spiritual perspectives to help guide healing, strength, and direction. By the end of the session, we’ll begin identifying goals and next steps so you can leave feeling supported, encouraged, and with a clearer sense of direction.
