Great to meet you!

If you are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or worn down by trauma, stress, or relationship challenges, you do not have to manage it alone. I am Amy Beddow, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who works with children, teens, adults, and families in a supportive, judgment free space. I also work with first responders and help clients build self esteem, emotional balance, and a steadier sense of stability.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and deeply supportive. I focus on creating a safe, comfortable space where you can feel heard, respected, and empowered to grow at your own pace. Using a trauma informed, client centered approach, I tailor therapy to your needs and draw from CBT, mindfulness, coping skills, play therapy, and solution focused strategies to support resilience and healthy change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will start building trust as we talk through your concerns, personal history, strengths, and goals for therapy. Together, we will create a clear plan that supports healthier coping, stronger communication, greater confidence, and meaningful personal growth. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful, with a grounded sense of what healing can look like for you.
