Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) who works with adults and older adults navigating grief, bereavement, and life transitions, as well as concerns related to anxiety, depression, and PTSD. My background in hospice care and veteran-related work has shaped my ability to sit with complex emotions and provide compassionate, steady support during some of life’s most challenging moments.

My approach to therapy

My work incorporates talk therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and humanistic, person-centered care. I also rely on strengths-based evidence and systems theory, focusing not only on challenges but on the resilience and insight each individual brings to the therapeutic process. Therapy is a collaborative experience, and I aim to meet clients where they are with flexibility and respect.

What you can expect from me

I believe everyone can benefit from having someone to talk to. At different points in our lives, we all need validation, understanding, and support—and therapy offers a space where you don’t have to carry things alone. I am warm and conversational in my approach, recognizing that starting therapy can feel uncomfortable or awkward, especially for those seeking support for the first time. My goal is to help clients view therapy as a positive and supportive part of their lives—not another obligation, but a meaningful space for reflection, healing, and personal growth.
