Great to meet you!

I believe effective psychiatric care should do more than alleviate symptoms — it should help individuals build a life that feels meaningful, manageable, and aligned with their personal goals. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practice, with an emphasis on individualized treatment and thoughtful care coordination.

As a nurse in behavioral health since 2010 and a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner since 2016, I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and psychopharmacological management for individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, OCD, mood disorders, psychotic disorders, personality disorders, etc.. I strive to create a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where patients feel heard, understood, and actively involved in their treatment.

My approach to therapy

I value thorough assessment, clear communication, and continuity of care, and I work collaboratively with therapists, primary care providers, and other healthcare professionals when appropriate to promote the best possible outcomes. My goal is to help patients not only manage symptoms, but move toward greater stability, resilience, and overall quality of life.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect an open, collaborative dialogue — a genuine conversation focused on getting to know you as a person, not just a collection of symptoms or questionnaire scores. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and comfortable discussing your experiences, concerns, and personal goals for treatment.
