Welcome! I am a practicing clinician with 34 + years of experience subscribing to a psychodynamic, solution-focused short-term therapy approach with my clients.

My approach to therapy

I subscribe to working with cognitive behavioral techniques ( CBT ) , mindfulness and motivational interviewing skills to help my patients become the most and happiest that they can be.
