Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) who specializes in PTSD, complex trauma, women's issues, and anxiety disorders. I completed my Master of Professional Counseling at Liberty University. I am certified in EMDR (eye movement desensitization reprocessing therapy).

My approach to therapy

Having been trained in both trauma and creative arts, I possess a unique blend of insights and tools to help struggling clients move from merely surviving to thriving. I am truly interested in the deeper story of my clients' lives. I believe that everyone has the capacity to change. My job is to be a guide and to ask the questions that will open up your ability to heal.

What you can expect from me

I have been told that I am highly empathetic and create a safe and inviting space for my clients. I unreservedly believe in the resiliency of the human spirit, and I am committed to offering a non-judgmental setting where you can discover your own strengths and build a life worth living.
