Great to meet you!

I help adolescents and adults navigate life's stressors—whether it's anxiety, depression, or feeling overwhelmed by daily challenges. Life can feel chaotic or unfair at times. My goal is to provide a supportive space where you can gain clarity, build coping skills, and move forward with confidence. I work collaboratively with each client to identify goals and take practical, personalized steps toward growth and healing. I obtained my Master’s Degree in Social Work from Kennesaw State University in 2016 from Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, Georgia.

My approach to therapy

My approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Supportive Therapy. Together, we work to identify unhelpful thought patterns, challenge them with practical strategies, and replace them with healthier ways of thinking. This process can improve emotional regulation, reduce stress, and increase resilience.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to get to know each other. I'll ask some questions about your background and goals, and we'll begin identifying what you'd like to focus on in therapy. There's no pressure to share everything right away—this is a supportive, judgment-free space where you can move at your own pace.
