Great to meet you!

When working with me, we would talk about the things that you are unhappy with about your life, what feelings/emotions you are having, and where you would like to be. Together we will work to deepen your insight and develop strategies to reduce anxiety, stress, and/or depression that will work for you.

My approach to therapy

I practice from a holistic approach and use CBT techniques, acceptance, and mindfulness to help my client reach their personal goals, improve their mood, their daily functioning and their ability to manage difficult emotions, and also develop a stronger belief in themselves. LGBTQIA+ friendly.

What you can expect from me

I work with my clients to help them develop healthier emotion regulation skills and a more positive mindset so that they have an improved connection to self and others and can see a clear path forward. I will provide a safe and accepting space for you to explore what it is that is holding you back from your desired life.
