Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 6+ years of behavioral health experience who’s goal is ultimately to help you achieve the best version of you possible. I specialize in all areas of the psyche including depression, anxiety, bipolar, PTSD, insomnia etc for all ages across the lifespan.

My approach to therapy

My approach combines medication management with other holistic practices like lifestyle support, nutrition, and stress management so that you feel heard, balanced and empowered in your daily life.

What you can expect from me

During our first visit, I’ll spend about an hour getting to know more about your history, lifestyle and personal goals. I’ll then answer any questions you may have while we work together to create your personalized plan, which may include holistic solutions, medications, or both. Looking forward to meeting you!
