Great to meet you!

I believe the most important component of good therapy is a collaborative relationship. It's important you feel a connection to your therapist. A good rapport with a knowledgeable therapist is key.

And that is what I have provided to my clients going into two decades of doing mental health work.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is welcoming and friendly, and we will start wherever you are. I serve couples online who are considering whether to stay or go, couples who want to save a marriage after infidelity, polyamorous couples, pre-marital counseling, couples who want to co-parent more effectively, and couples who want a stronger connection.

What you can expect from our first session

After sessions with me, you will feel heard. You will feel motivated with a fresh start to your relationship. Renewed hope with a new set of intentions.
