Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Clinical Psychologist who works with children, teens, adults, and families. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, and stress management. My approach is warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive, with a focus on helping clients identify their strengths and develop practical tools for lasting change. I have extensive experience working with foster youth, survivors of trauma, and individuals navigating difficult life experiences. I provide therapy in both English and Spanish.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow. Drawing from trauma-informed, attachment-based, and cognitive behavioral approaches, I tailor treatment to each person’s unique needs and goals. Together, we will build on your strengths, develop practical coping skills, and explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck so you can move toward healing, resilience, and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and discussing what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask questions about your current concerns, personal history, strengths, and goals to better understand how I can support you. This is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and determine whether we’re a good fit. My goal is to create a welcoming, comfortable space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to begin your therapeutic journey.
