Great to meet you!

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s degree from the University of Rochester Family Therapy Training Program. I work with individuals, couples, and families for a variety of presenting concerns including transitional stressors, family systems dynamics, marital/relationship challenges, coping with chronic health conditions, and pain management.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I view therapy as finding harmony between accepting what will be while striving to grow toward what can be. Whether you are working through a life transition, having difficulty communicating with your partner, or struggling to cope with chronic pain, I can offer a space of exploration, collaboration, and guidance. Therapy can be a revelatory experience- it would be an honor to be part of your journey.

What you can expect from our first session

Our first session will be an opportunity to explore your concerns and goals in addition to delving into your past if it feels safe to do so. We will identify what therapeutic modalities, strategies, or approaches will best fit your needs. My hope is for you to leave our time together feeling understood by me and having a better understanding of yourself.
