Great to meet you!

I'm a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice and advanced training in mental health care across the lifespan. I’ve worked in both outpatient and acute care settings, taking a holistic, open-minded, and nonjudgmental approach to treatment. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and ADHD. I enjoy working with diverse populations, including LGBTQ+ individuals, young adults, and those navigating life transitions. My goal is to create a safe, collaborative space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered in your mental health journey.

My approach to therapy

As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, my approach to care is holistic, collaborative, and patient centered. I believe in treating the whole person, not just the symptoms, by considering biological, psychological, social, and environmental factors that impact mental health.

My style is empathetic, supportive, and grounded in evidence-based practice. I strive to create a safe and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to actively participate in their treatment. I use a combination of psychopharmacology and therapeutic interventions such as motivational interviewing, supportive therapy, and cognitive behavioral strategies to support wellness and recovery.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where they feel heard and empowered. My goal is to help clients gain insight, develop practical coping strategies, and work toward improved emotional well-being and daily functioning. Each session is collaborative and focused on promoting growth, resilience, and lasting change.
