With my background in psychoanalytic therapy, I’ll guide you on identifying patterns, gain responsibility for your suffering and make it more bearable.
Ten years of experience working with kids and teenagers have helped me develop a unique approach in sessions where the main focus is the therapeutic alliance and a combination of techniques (play, art, storytelling, mindfulness, CBT) to help them navigate different phases of their life. I also engage with parents frequently to provide them with tools that will allow them to connect better with their kids.
