A bit about my approach to therapy

For more than 28 years I have been helping people find their inner strength and courage to make the adjustments necessary to greatly improve their lives. My approach has helped people from all walks of life, including CEO’s, moms, dads, professionals, teenagers, grandparents, seniors, high schoolers, and survivors.

What you can expect from our first session

I know what it’s like to be a grieving daughter and wife. I know what it’s like to be a single parent. I know what it’s like to care for a critically ill loved one. I know marriage and divorce! I’m confident I can help you and I would be honored to walk your journey with you.
