Great to meet you!

You already know something is off — maybe it's the anxiety / stress / grief / depression that won't let up, or just the persistent feeling that you're running on empty no matter how much you try. What most people don't realize is how deeply the mind and body are connected — when one is struggling, the other feels it too. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Doctorate in Social Work and over 10 years of experience helping you understand that connection and use it to actually heal — not just cope.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in panic disorders, trauma, anger management and other stress disorder specialties — using a trauma-informed, holistic approach that treats you as a whole person, not a list of symptoms. Mental health isn't separate from the rest of your life — it's the foundation of it. And you deserve support that honors that.

What you can expect from me

The first session is the beginning of something — and I want it to feel that way. We'll talk about what's been going on, what you've already tried, and what you're hoping changes. I approach everything through a whole-body lens, so I'll ask about more than just your mood — I want to understand how you're sleeping, how stress is showing up in your body, and what your day-to-day actually feels like. By the end of our first session, you'll know what to expect from our work together and feel confident you're in the right place.
