Great to meet you!

I’ve dedicated 20 years to supporting individuals and families dealing with a cancer diagnosis, end-of-life issues, grief and loss, aging and caregiving. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and my work is rooted in compassion, empathy, and a deep respect for each person’s unique journey.

I have experience working in a hospital setting with cancer patients, in a nursing home working with nursing home residents and in a hospice setting working with terminally ill patients and their loved ones.

My approach to therapy

I take a compassionate, client-centered approach to therapy. My work is grounded in understanding that every person’s experience is unique. I focus on your strengths and collaborate with you to develop strategies that can help you cope with life’s transitions—whether those transitions involve illness, aging, grief, or other challenges.

What you can expect from me

In our early sessions, we’ll talk about your current concerns and set goals for our work together. Whether you’re facing the challenges of aging, caring for a loved one, managing grief, or navigating a cancer diagnosis, I’m here to support you. I offer a safe space where we can explore your feelings, thoughts, and experiences.

As we continue our work, we will identify coping strategies and make adjustments to ensure you feel supported in managing your emotions and navigating life’s transitions.
