Great to meet you!

I have been practicing for just under 20 years. I have worked in a variety of settings from children, families, and adults. My primary focus has been in the medical setting. I utilized strategies from CBT, ACT, IFS, and EMDR.

My approach to therapy

I take a warm, collaborative, and client-centered approach. My style is supportive, direct when needed, and grounded in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel truly heard. I work to build strong therapeutic relationships and tailor each session to the individual, ensuring the treatment feels personalized and meaningful.

My clinical focus includes helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and trauma.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a welcoming and judgement-free space. I want to hear what your goals are, get to know you, and what current challenges you have. I will explain my approach, answer any questions.

We will finish the session with a clear plan on next steps and structure of future sessions.
