Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with 13+ years experience working with clients across the lifespan. I offer telehealth services to adults & young adults. Areas of expertise include: anxiety, depression, anger, life changes (adjusting to new family situations, jobs, schools, relocation, burnout), ADHD, OCD, ASD, sleep issues, etc.

A bit about my approach to therapy

In practice, I balance being Client-Focused with research supported methods to help people reach their goals. That means that I'm curious, open-minded, collaborative, and responsive. However, I am also guided by a number of empirically validated practices that have a history of proven outcomes (Behavioral Therapy, CBT, ACT, and Strengths-Based Therapy).

My favorite part of being a Psychologist is seeing clients feel more comfortable & fulfilled in their lives.

What you can expect from our first session

In session, we check in about goals and how things are going. I may give perspective on the situation as needed, ask for ideas, &/or give possible options to manage it. We discuss what steps you want to take & how you want to do it. People generally leave sessions with hope & a plan to move forward.

Over the course of treatment, we work at a comfortable pace. I am open to questions, comments, or concerns. People end treatment when they meet their goals & feel confident moving forward on their own.
