Great to meet you!

Great to meet you! As a Clinical Psychologist, I believe that therapy is an opportunity to feel grounded, more confident and more connected with yourself. If you are ready for growth, I would be honored to support you. Many clients come to me for support with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationships, life transitions, grief, and healing from past experiences.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy from a strength-based, compassion-focused lens. I also utilize cognitive behavioral, humanistic, and culturally informed approaches in my work. I strongly believe in and advocate for compassion for self and others and work to provide a space where clients feel like they belong.

What you can expect from me

I view therapy as a work of collaboration. Your goals and needs guide our work together. We typically start with one or two intake sessions, where I’ll ask thoughtful questions to learn about your story. You’re welcome to ask me anything, too. After that, sessions become more fluid, focusing on what’s most important to you in the moment. I’m here to help you identify unseen patterns in thoughts, behaviors, and relationships, nurture your strengths, and build effective coping skills for whatever has brought you to therapy.
