At Empower Counseling Center, I believe that through counseling you can be empowered to make positive changes and lead a healthier and more fulfilling life. I am an English and Korean speaking licensed professional counselor. I received my MA in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness from New York University. I strive to create a safe and open space for clients seeking to more effectively manage and navigate everyday life.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My specialities include trauma-informed counseling and over the years, I have worked with individuals and families of diverse backgrounds and experiences. I have worked with clients on a wide variety of issues including stress, anxiety, life transitions, adjustment issues, relationships, grief and loss and trauma.
