Great to meet you!

I am a New York State Licensed Mental Health Counselor and graduate of Manhattan College. I have experience working with adults, children, adolescents, couples, and groups. My experience includes trauma, bereavement, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and life transitions. I am trained in the evidence-based practice of trauma systems therapy.

My approach to therapy

I practice from a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach. My scope of treatment is based on each individual client's needs and goals. There is not a one-size-fits-all for therapy so it's important for my client to feel that they are in control of their treatment and I am meeting them where they are in the current moment.

What you can expect from me

I have always felt that my purpose in life was to serve in some capacity. While completing my undergraduate degree in psychology, I discovered a passion for human service and the field of counseling. I realized through my studies and personal experiences in therapy that what people seek the most is a safe place that is free from judgment and centered around acceptance. My goal is to be able to provide the same quality of care to every human being I encounter on their personal journey of healing.
