Great to meet you!

Are you feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, or life transitions? You will leave every session feeling empowered and have new skills to tackle your obstacles. I am here to offer you hope and an opportunity for growth. Struggling to support your child through emotional or behavioral challenges? A mom needing support to manage the pressures of motherhood? I’m here to offer guidance to adults, young adults, teens, and children as needed.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I’m committed to understanding your needs and ensuring you feel heard! My focus is on building trust and creating a safe space where open communication thrives. By using Solution-Focused Therapy, CBT, DBT, Play Therapy, and EMDR, we work together to achieve goals. In every session, you'll gain new coping skills to help tackle obstacles and make progress.

What you can expect from our first session

Working with me means a compassionate, tailored approach to your unique needs. We begin with a 10-minute call to check compatibility on scheduling, methods, and insurance. If we're a match, we'll schedule an intake session and then regular weekly appointments. I support parents, college students, teens, and adults needing trauma-focused therapy. My goal is to help you discover strengths, foster self-acceptance, and promote positive change in a supportive, safe environment.
