Great to meet you!

As a therapist who works with teens, young adults and teens, I understand how exhausting it can feel when your mind never seems to shut off. I help teens and young adults in Connecticut and Florida navigate anxiety, emotional overwhelm, self-esteem struggles, academic stress, peer conflict, and life transitions while building practical coping skills in a supportive, nonjudgmental space. If you’re new to therapy, I’ll guide you through each step, and if you’re returning, we’ll build on your goals together.

My approach to therapy

In therapy, I help clients slow down what feels overwhelming and better understand what is happening internally. Together, we work on identifying patterns in anxiety, depression, and emotional responses, while building practical skills to manage emotions in real time. The goal is to help manage emotions, navigate stress, and move through your life

What you can expect from me

If you're new to therapy, I can coach you through every step. If you're returning to therapy, let's tackle those new goals together. Need a therapist who can meet you where you're at? I can do that too. Let’s find our style together. Once I receive your request for a consultation. I will confirm via email and add you to my practice calendar. I will call you on the day and time you requested. We start with a 15 minute phone call to assess compatibility and insurance. If we're a match, we’ll schedule an intake session for a thorough understanding of your life. Next steps would then be us meeting for our scheduled appointments.
