She also holds professional certifications in Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Managing and Adapting Practices (MAP), Seeking-Safety and Crisis-Oriented Recovery Services (CORS), and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

Dr. De La Fuente earned her Doctorate in School-Clinical Child Psychology from Yeshiva University, Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology in 2016. She completed her APA-accredited doctoral internship at Providence Saint John’s Child and Family Development Center in California; where she specialized in disseminating evidence-based treatment to culturally diverse and underserved populations.
