Great to meet you!

I have 20 years of helping individuals, women and teens. I takes a client-centered approach and am dedicated to helping clients dealing with divorce, grief, life transitions, self-awareness, and depression. I use CBT and psychoeducation for anxiety and most mental health issues, yet am open to using different modalities. I help with building healthy boundaries, relationship issues, and am open to Christian counseling if desired. "Your space, your journey".

My approach to therapy

My approach is helping you identify your strengths and help you become aware of new ways of thinking and navigating issues. I believe in practicing new skills that will reinforce your desired goals. Our sessions will be a space that is safe and unique to you.

What you can expect from me

I 'd like you to know that you have a safe place that will be unique to you. Know that you have strengths that have helped you in life and have also led you to this moment of seeking help. Know that starting the journey may be challenging, yet you will be able to identify your growth and progress because of work and desire to heal.
