Great to meet you!

I’m a mental health counselor and clinical supervisor passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves, strengthen their emotional well‐being, and build sustainable coping skills. As a dualy licensed practitoner, I have acquired extensive experience in both direct practice and counselor training, I bring a blend of clinical expertise and real‐world understanding to the therapy space.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in holistic, culturally informed care. I specialize in working with adults navigating anxiety, stress, and major life transitions. I also enjoy supporting counseling students and early‐career clinicians as they grow in confidence and competence.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a welcoming, judgment‐free space where we slow down and get to know what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask gentle questions about your goals, your history, and what you hope will feel different in your life. My priority is to help you feel comfortable, understood, and supported from the very beginning.

Together, we’ll identify your immediate needs and begin shaping a plan that feels realistic and meaningful for you. You can expect a calm, collaborative environment where your voice guides the pace and direction of our work.
