Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Master Social Worker with over 10 years of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, life transitions, and relationship concerns.

My approach is warm, practical, supportive, and collaborative. I work with clients who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or unsure of how to move forward. Together, we focus on building coping skills, improving emotional awareness, setting healthy boundaries, managing stress, and creating meaningful change.

I use a strengths-based approach and may incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness, psychoeducation, and practical skill-building. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, practical, supportive, and collaborative. I strive to create a safe space where clients feel heard and respected, while also helping them build tools they can use outside of session.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, we will talk about current concerns, important background information, symptoms or stressors, and what the client hopes to gain from therapy. I may ask questions about relationships, work, family, coping skills, previous therapy experiences, and what has or has not been helpful in the past.

Together, we will begin identifying goals for therapy and discuss what support may be most useful moving forward. Clients do not need to have everything figured out before starting. The first session is a place to slow down, explore what feels overwhelming, and begin creating a path toward feeling more grounded, clear, and equipped to manage life’s challenges.
