Great to meet you!

My name is Ann Viviano. I am a psychologist who has worked with a diverse population including men and women, all parts of the sexuality spectrum, those who are HIV positive. and those with addictions. I have experience working with individuals struggling with negative self-talk, low self-esteem, mood instability, substance use, challenging irrational beliefs, anxiety, history of trauma, and identity development. I also have experience with working with couples to resolve their conflicts.

My approach to therapy

I use a model of therapy called acceptance and commitment therapy alongside principles of cognitive therapy, behavior focused therapy, and motivational interviewing.

What you can expect from me

Through a collaborative process, we can explore and address the underlying causes of problematic behaviors, beliefs, and feelings, and together we can begin the process of healing.
