Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Anna, an LCSW and LAC. Therapy doesn't have to feel stiff, overly clinical, or like someone silently nodding while taking notes (unless that's your thing). I work with adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, substance use, and life transitions, creating a space where you can laugh, cry, swear, or sit in silence, whatever you need that day.

My approach to therapy

My therapy style is warm, collaborative, and pretty down-to-earth. I use evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), trauma-informed care, and humor because we can laugh and heal in the same hour. My goal is for you to leave sessions feeling understood, challenged, and a little more hopeful than when you walked in.

What you can expect from me

The first session is all about getting to know you—no pressure, no expectation to share your entire life story. We'll talk about what's bringing you to therapy, what you're hoping will be different, and what has (or hasn't) helped in the past. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, a little more hopeful, and confident that you don't have to figure everything out alone.
