Great to meet you!
I earned my graduate training in behavioral psychology at the CUNY Graduate Center. During my time there and as part of my post-doctoral work, I developed a strong foundation in both behavioral and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). In my work, I focus on helping clients build practical skills and strategies to manage challenges, while also deepening their understanding of the thoughts and motivations that drive their behavior.
I’ve worked with children, young adults, and families across a range of settings, and I bring experience in both therapy and psychological assessment. My approach is collaborative and goal-oriented, and I aim to create a space where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered to make meaningful change.
