Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Anna Deibel, MA, LCPC, and I’m passionate about helping people break free from the cycles of perfectionism, overthinking, and people-pleasing. I know how overwhelming it can feel to constantly strive for more while never feeling like you’re doing enough. That’s why I specialize in building resilience, developing coping skills, and strengthening communication—so you can feel more confident, at peace, and in control of your own life.

My journey as a therapist has given me a deep, well-rounded perspective on mental health. I started my career in a psychiatric hospital, supporting individuals at their lowest points—those battling suicide, psychosis, addiction, and eating disorders. I then transitioned into case management, helping people access critical aftercare and resources. Wanting to understand the system from all sides, I worked in insurance, gaining insight into the complexities of mental healthcare from "the other end." But it was my own experience with cancer that ultimately led me back to my true passion—working one-on-one with individuals to create real, meaningful change.

Therapy with me isn’t about striving for perfection—it’s about progress, self-trust, and living life on your terms. If you’re ready to take that next step, I’d love to support you on your journey.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I approach therapy with warmth, curiosity, and a deep respect for your lived experience. I believe meaningful change happens when you feel safe enough to show up as your full self—messy parts and all. My work is grounded in collaboration, self-compassion, and practical tools that help you build resilience, communicate effectively, and navigate life with more ease.

I offer an affirming and supportive space for LGBTQIA+ individuals, honoring the unique challenges and strengths within queer and trans experiences. Whether you're exploring identity, navigating relationships, or healing from past harm, you deserve care that sees and supports you.

Therapy with me isn’t about fixing you—it’s about helping you reconnect with who you are, trust your voice, and move toward the life you want to build.

What you can expect from our first session

In our work together, you’ll gain more than insight—you’ll leave with practical tools and real-life strategies to help you navigate everyday challenges with confidence and clarity. You’ll learn how to manage overwhelming thoughts, set healthy boundaries, and communicate in ways that feel true to you.

Over time, many clients begin to feel more grounded, self-assured, and aligned with who they truly are—not just who they think they’re supposed to be. You'll start to notice patterns, shift unhelpful habits, and build a relationship with yourself rooted in trust and self-compassion.

My goal isn’t to give you all the answers—it’s to help you reconnect with your own wisdom so you can move through life with greater ease, resilience, and authenticity.
